Streamer N3on is now saying he’s sorry after admitting that he used racism as a tool to generate views to build his popularity.

In a new clip exclusively shared by The Shaderoom, N3on has apologized for the racist remarks he has made in the past and also touched on that now-infamous appearance on The Breakfast Club.

The popular steamer hopped on Instagram swiftly after the social media gossip site shared clips of N3on’s old content where he was being extremely offensive.

“First and foremost, I just want to take accountability for everything that I’ve said or done in the past, to anyone that I’ve talked shit to, to anyone that I’ve said something insane to, to anyone I’ve made a remark to, I’m genuinely sorry, deep inside,” N3on said. “That’s not the person I am, and I want to apologize and take accountability.”

N3on Admits He Built His Popularity Off Being A Problematic Clown

He then went on to explain why he resorted to such antics, admitting that he did it because it helped his viewership numbers.

“I started doing YouTube when I was 12 or 13 years old, and I never really saw anything, I never saw any growth, and then when I was 17 or 18 years old, I started realizing that shock factor had a lot of value,” he said. “When you’d say crazy shit, or when you’d do things that no one else would do, it would bring your views up.”

He continued, “All I wanted in life was to be big. All I wanted in life was views. All I wanted in life was clout. I was on a clout high and I just kept seeing my numbers go up off of saying the most insane, stupid, vulgar shit possible, which I completely and entirely regret.”

N3on Explains Why He Decided To Change

So what sparked the change? N3on explained in the video that it was a moment with his family where he realized that his behavior differed from when he was streaming.

“Why the f*** do I not act like this on my stream? Why don’t I talk like this on my stream? Why do I say certain things for views and clicks? It’s so corny and pathetic.” M

Last but not least, N3on also touched on his recent visit to The Breakfast Club, in which he hoped to speak about the changes, but it turned out to be a disaster when Jess Hilarious brought up his chat being racist, and he revisited his past racist comments about Kai Cenat’s mother.

“I went on there because I want that chapter of my life gone,” he explained. “I knew they would talk about that stuff. I want to accept what I’ve done, talk about it, learn from it, and try to be an example to show kids that yeah, you can make mistakes, you can be an absolute piece of shit human being, but that doesn’t define your whole life.”

All of this comes after Jess Hilarious dropped another video slamming N3on after he took shots at The Breakfast Club following his visit.

We shall see how this continues to play out for N3on.
